 Junior Tax Advisor

VOTRE MISSION

You would report to the Head of Tax and Treasury and will support her in the analysis and implementation of cross-functional and business restructuring projects. You will accurately and efficiently manage all aspects of day-to-day tax matter and will contribute to create value by proactively monitoring the developments of tax laws and practices in the various jurisdictions and their impact on our business.
Namely, you will manage the tax compliance and regulatory requirements of Group affiliates in Switzerland (i.e. direct tax, stamp duty, professional tax, real estate tax, withholding tax) and you will coordinate the tax compliance activities for the Group affiliates worldwide to ensure accurate and timely submission of regulatory returns. You will also provide support and assistance to the Tax & Treasury team and other company departments regarding directed and indirect taxation matters and liaise with external tax advisors and tax authorities in Switzerland and abroad. You will also be monitoring the latest global tax developments and trends while identifying opportunities and risks for the Group. Finally, you will support and coordinate the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and country-by-country reporting.

 VOTRE EXPERIENCE

You benefit from a University degree in Finance or Legal and have 2 to 3 years’ of tax experience. You are able to work in cross-functional and international work environments and have excellent written and oral communication skills, both in French and in English. You have solid problem solving and analytical aptitudes with strong attention to the details. A good mastery of MS Office is a must. You are recognized by your colleagues your continuous improvement outlook of work and your ability to develop excellent relationships with the various stakeholders, inside and outside the company.
