YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

In this position, you will report to our CEO Greater China and oversee, drive and be accountable for the successful implementation of the Group retail strategy at our boutique level. You are required to reach the boutique set objectives and lead the boutique team to great performance through client driven culture, effective people management and operational leadership. This includes being totally involved in the management and daily operations of the boutique, to practice effective communication within the boutique and with the supporting departments.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum 10 years relevant experience of which at least 5 years in a managerial/supervisory position preferably in luxury retail industry.
- University graduate in Business Management would be preferable. Other relevant majors would be considered.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills.
- A good team player with positive mind-set, detail-oriented and self-motivated.
- Excellent customer service with clientele experience is preferable.
- Strong time-management skill with the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in both written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Strong PC skills in MS Office, Excel and Power Point.
