Lead Coordinator CRM
Audemars Piguet draws from its unique heritage combining tradition, experience and know-how to push back the boundaries of high-end watchmaking and reinvent the rules perfectly mastered by our watchmakers. 


You will be in charge of integrating our CRM tool with our future e-commerce platform as well as improving CRM and client data capture through the AP website and social media. You will build up our client database, manage all actions towards client lifecycle execution and carry out innovative ideas to develop prospective business. Furthermore, you will link CRM with new digital communication technology, develop action plans to help markets boost their CRM activities and analyse activation results to improve current communication tools. You will also collaborate with the IT and Digital teams on necessary online and off-line developments to encourage client conversation. Finally, you will support customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies with careful attention to local legislation and privacy policies.



Holder of a Bachelor or Master degree, you have 3 to 5 years’ experience in CRM and e-commerce, ideally in the luxury retail business. You have strong knowledge of Digital and CRM BtoC platforms and tools. You are fluent in French and English and have very strong communication skills. You are organised, structured, known for your analytical abilities and search for excellence and continuous improvement in everything you do. You are also known for your innovative and creative mind.
